No need to lecture, the reason for any missing figures on my Burlesque list is easy. I don't know everything. Plus, I've never even heard of Venus, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't add her. Most of my research has been internet based, and I only added more prominent figures or people I have actually heard of. The fact that she was featured on HBO means nothing to me, as I am not an American. We don't have HBO as a channel in the UK.

To be honest, from what I've seen, there is very little about Venus de Light online, aside from her own MySpace page which doesn't actually have an burlesque pictures on it. I have found one photo of her in a giant champagne glass, but nothing else. It is very hard to add someone to an illustrative list if there is very little to find about them. I don't think I can add her at this point in time, but thanks for the suggestion.
